REFUND POLICY

All Haute Cature pieces are made to order specifically for you. One of a kind. Just like your cat.

Because of this we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection made at checkout or buyer's remorse.

We will gladly replace or refund your order if it arrives damaged or defective, was misprinted with the wrong image, size or product, or never arrives due to being lost in transit as confirmed by tracking.

To request a replacement or refund please contact us at hello@hautecature.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved replacements will be reprinted and reshipped at no additional cost. Where a reprint is not possible we will issue a full refund.

Every piece in the Purrmanent Collection is crafted with care. Mistakes occasionally happen and when they do we will make it right.
