All Haute Cature pieces are made to order specifically for you, one of a kind, just like your cat's personality disorders.
Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size or color selection made at checkout

Buyer's remorse
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

It arrives damaged or defective

It was misprinted (wrong image, size, or product)

It never arrives (lost in transit, confirmed by tracking)
To request a replacement or refund:
Please contact us at [your support email] within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the issue (for damaged or misprinted items). We'll review and respond within [X business days].
Approved replacements will be reprinted and reshipped at no additional cost. In cases where a reprint isn't possible, we'll issue a full refund.
Every piece in the Purrmanent Collection is crafted with the same care your cat expects from everything else in the household — but mistakes occasionally happen, and when they do, we'll make it right.
